Terms and Conditions For Access and Use   Welcome to Eudar.com 's Agreement. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of Eudar.com web site, which features tools for trading and communicating in a global B to B e-marketplace. Acceptance of User Conditions --------------------------------------------------- 1. General Notice Your use of Eudar.com is governed by these terms and conditions("User Conditions") which you should read carefully before using the Eudar.com. By clicking on the "I Accept" button, you acknowledge that you have read the User Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the User Conditions. These User Conditions represent a binding contract between you and Eudar.com. 2. Membership ----------------- 1. Membership Registration Eudar.com's service is only for corporate entities: corporation, limited liability company, partnership and sole proprietorship. The membership registration requires specific company information for a member. By registering as a member of the Sites, you agree and warrant that the information you provide is all true and accurate and that you'll update the data if there is some change, on the Update My Info page. 2. Member Account and Password You will receive Member Account and Password via e-mail after Eudar.com approves the user to access Eudar.com's service. Your registration Account and password are confidential and proprietary and you should not disclose your registration Account or password to or share them with any third parties, or otherwise use registration identification or password for any unauthorized purpose. 3. Termination of Membership User applies for membership of Eudar.com must give the real data that will be carefully checked and confirmed by Eudar.com. If you give fake data to Eudar.com, you and the corporate entity that you represented must be responsible for all activities that occur under the User's Account and Password. Intellectual Property --------------------------- The contents of Eudar.com sites are the exclusive intellectual property of Eudar.com. Users may print and download contents from Eudar.com sites for non-commercial use only. Any other copying, publication or retransmission of portions of web-site material without the express written permission of Eudar.com is strictly prohibited.
